Bdbaja Terms & Conditions — Member Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms

Bdbaja (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bdbaja and its users ("Member", "you").

These terms apply to all bdbaja services, games, promotions, and related activities. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms
• These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version
• Bangladesh law shall apply to any legal disputes

2. Account Registration

To register on bdbaja, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a clear violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

Information Required for Registration

• Full Name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Date of Birth (18 years of age or older)
• Valid Bangladeshi mobile number
• Active email address
• Current Address

One Person, One Account

Only one bdbaja account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or ID is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

3. Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on bdbaja. Keeping minors away from gaming platforms is both our ethical and legal responsibility. Age is verified at registration, and further verification may be requested at any time.

• Age must be verified with a National ID or passport
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected misconduct
• Accounts belonging to underage members will be closed and funds forfeited
• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's internet use

4. Deposits & Payments

Bdbaja supports over 15 payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Please ensure the amount and details are correct when depositing, as bdbaja cannot be held responsible for errors.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Weekly limits may vary depending on account level

Payment Processing

Successful deposits are usually credited to your bdbaja account within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, the transaction will be completed within 24 hours. Please contact support if your deposit has not arrived.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted. This policy is mandatory to prevent money laundering and to protect our members.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Processing time: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted

• Scanned copy of National ID or Passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Payment method verification (where applicable)

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been fully met
• Bonuses can only be claimed once, unless otherwise specified
• Bdbaja reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse
• Restrictions on bonus use may apply to certain games or game categories
• Bonuses not used before their expiry date will be cancelled automatically
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on bdbaja. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's identity or information
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Using hacking tools or cheating software on game systems
• Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Colluding or conspiring with other members
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Abusive behaviour toward support staff

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is used solely for service delivery and security purposes
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption
• You have the right to request correction or deletion of your personal data
• We are legally required to share information upon request from regulatory authorities

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure

You can request to close your bdbaja account at any time. Contact our support team and we'll take care of the process for you. bdbaja also reserves the right to close accounts in the event of a terms violation.

• A written request must be submitted to the support email
• All open bets must be settled before closure
• Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal before closure
• Contact support to reopen your account

Closed by bdbaja

• Accounts may be terminated without notice in the event of a rule violation
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing
• Funds will be forfeited if fraud is proven
• If the account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be refunded

11. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We believe most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Our support team will make every effort to address your concern as promptly and fairly as possible.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident
• The support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days
• Complex cases may take up to 30 business days
• If both parties cannot agree, arbitration through a neutral third party is available
• Bangladesh courts shall have jurisdiction over all legal disputes

12. Changes to Terms

Bdbaja reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members in advance via email or platform notifications.

• The date of any changes will be noted at the top of the page
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account
